Con el objetivo de valorar la ideación suicida en pediatría en el triaje del servicio de urgencias pediátrico se comparan las escalas ASQ, CSRRS-screen version, escala Paykel y la escala Sentia. Se tiene en cuenta el tiempo que se tarda en administrar, las lenguas en las que está disponible, la población diana, el acceso gratuito o no y el número de ítems de la escala. La escala Columbia-Suicide Severity Rating Scale es, de las escalas estudiadas, la escala validada para la población española con mayor especificidad y sensibilidad y un screening positivo de 6.3%.
With the aim of assessing suicidal ideation in pediatrics in the triage of the pediatric emergency service, the ASQ scales, CSRRS-screen version, Paykel scale and the Sentia scale are compared. The time it takes to administer, the languages in which it is available, the target population, free access or not, and the number of items on the scale are taken into account. The Columbia-Suicide Severity Rating Scale is, of the scales studied, the scale validated for the Spanish population with greater specificity and sensitivity and a positive screening rate of 6.3%.
