La Imagen por Resonancia Magnética (RM) es una técnica de diagnóstico por imagen relativamente nueva. Esta prueba es útil para el diagnóstico de patologías en las partes blandas de las articulaciones. Enfermería será la encargada de preparar el material y de explicarle al paciente la prueba que se le va a hacer y lo que va a sentir, además de responder a todas las dudas del paciente y tranquilizarle en el caso de que se muestre ansioso.
Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is a relatively new imaging technique. This test is useful for the diagnosis of pathologies in the soft tissues of the joints, including the knee. Nursing will oversee preparing the material and explaining to the patient the test that is going to be done and what they will feel, in addition to answering all the patient’s doubts and reassuring them if they appear anxious.
