En este caso, se aborda la gestión de pacientes con drenajes quirúrgicos tras una mastectomía radical, para ello a través de estudios se destaca los cuidados específicos necesarios para prevenir infecciones, manejar el dolor y educar al paciente para el cuidado en casa. Asimismo, se mencionan las intervenciones de enfermería realizadas para asegurar la recuperación segura y efectiva del paciente.
In this case, the management of patients with surgical drains after a radical mastectomy is addressed, to this end through studies the specific care necessary to prevent infections, manage pain and educate the patient for home care is highlighted. Likewise, the nursing interventions carried out to ensure the safe and effective recovery of the patient are mentioned.
