Mediante una entrevista directa a paciente y sanitarios, valorando por necesidades de Virginia Henderson y empleando la herramienta NANDA, NOC, NIC para la realización de diagnósticos, objetivos e intervenciones se han obtenido 2 diagnósticos de enfermería con sus correspondientes actuaciones.
