Este Proceso de Atención de Enfermería se presenta para una paciente de 39 años que acude a urgencias del centro de salud San José tras sufrir un desvanecimiento y despertar con dificultad para el habla y trastorno sensitivo-motor en hemicuerpo izquierdo. Se concluye su traslado al hospital Miguel Servet donde, tras el estudio protocolario, se decide aplicar fibrinólisis. Se realizan las pruebas complementarias precisas obteniéndose resultados normales. Finalmente, se concluye que la paciente presenta un trastorno sensitivo-motor hemicorporal izquierdo sin evidencia de sustrato patológico. Sospecha de patología conversiva. Durante su ingreso se llevan a cabo los cuidados de enfermería precisos para satisfacer las necesidades identificadas como alteradas. Al alta la paciente muestra una evolución muy favorable.
This nursing care process is presented for a 39 year old patient who went to the emergency room of the San José health center after fainting and waking up with speech difficulty and sensory-motor disorder in the left hemibody. He was transferred to the Miguel Servet Hospital where, after the protocol study, it was decided to apply fibrinolysis. Precise complementary test are carried out and normal results are obtained. Finally, it is concluded that the patient presents a left hemicorporal sensory-motor disorder with no evidence of pathological substrate. Suspicion of conversion pathology. During their admission, the necessary nursing care is carried out to meet the needs identified as altered. At discharge, the patient showed a very favorable evolution.
