La formación de un recién graduado que busca convertirse en un especialista reconocido exige una visión y un acuerdo entre los distintos participantes, como la comunidad, la universidad y el propio individuo interesado en su propia educación/formación. Conceptualmente, articular la universidad, el hospital y la sociedad científica se refiere a la colaboración y la sinergia entre estas tres entidades claves en el ámbito de la educación, la investigación y la atención médica. Así, se obliga continuamente a replantear estrategias educativas diferentes y actualizables de forma permanente al enfrentar problemas y necesidades cada vez más complejos, muchos de ellos sin respuestas aún. Facilitar la cooperación para promover el avance de la ciencia médica con una real y concreta red de cooperación entre estas tres instituciones permite un beneficioso compromiso mutuo a lo largo del tiempo para alcanzar así el objetivo de ofrecer un mejor servicio a la sociedad no médica.
The training of a recent graduate who seeks to become a recognized specialist requires a vision and agreement between the different participants such as the community, the university and the individual himself interested in his or her own education/training. Conceptually, articulating the university, the hospital and the scientific society refers to the collaboration and synergy between these three key entities in the field of education, research and medical care. Thus, it is continuously forced to rethink different and permanently updatable educational strategies when facing increasingly complex problems and needs, many of them still unanswered. Cooperation to promote the advancement of medical science with a real and concrete network between these three institutions allows for a beneficial mutual commitment over time to achieve the goal of offering a better service to the non-medical society.
