  Se examina el grado de información y conocimiento de pacientes con HTA crónica y tratamiento crónico o de larga duración durante la visita de éstos a su enfermera de AP.

  Se analiza la relación que existe entre esta información que el paciente maneja y otras variables relacionadas con él, tales como edad, nivel cultural, etc.

  Con los resultados, se observa una deficiencia en el conocimiento y la información que los pacientes manejan y que un mayor conocimiento y un mejor manejo terapéutico, está relacionado con la edad, el nivel educativo, la adherencia terapéutica y el grado de satisfacción con la información recibida.
