Paciente de 52 años, diagnosticado de hernia umbilical y seleccionado para ser operado en la unidad de cirugía ambulatoria. Se le interviene bajo anestesia general llevando a cabo una Hernioplastia Umbilical. Tras valorar los criterios de alta unidad se considera que el paciente es apto para ser enviado a su domicilio.
A 52-year-old patient diagnosed with umbilical hernia and selected for surgery in the outpatient surgery unit. He underwent surgery under general anaesthesia and underwent an umbilical herniaplasty. After assessing the unit’s discharge criteria, the patient was considered fit to be sent home.
