    La radiología musculoesquelética es una subespecialidad crucial en el diagnóstico y manejo de enfermedades que afectan al sistema musculoesquelético. Este artículo revisa las técnicas de imagen más utilizadas, sus aplicaciones en la práctica clínica y los avances recientes en este campo. Además, se discuten los objetivos y la metodología empleada en el diagnóstico de lesiones y trastornos ortopédicos, presentando casos de estudio para ilustrar la efectividad de estas técnicas. Se concluye con una evaluación de los resultados obtenidos y las futuras direcciones en la investigación.

    Musculoskeletal radiology is a crucial subspecialty in the diagnosis and management of diseases affecting the musculoskeletal system. This article reviews the most commonly used imaging techniques, their applications in clinical practice, and recent advances in this field. In addition, the objectives and methodology used in the diagnosis of orthopedic injuries and disorders are discussed, presenting case studies to illustrate the effectiveness of these techniques. It concludes with an evaluation of the results obtained and the future directions in the research.
