Paciente de 92 años, viuda, residente en una residencia de Zaragoza que empieza con síntomas compatibles con gastroenteritis. Tiene dos hijos, uno de los cuales falleció por cáncer de pulmón, al igual que su marido. Hace un año sufrió una fractura de cadera, fue operada y tuvo una buena recuperación, logrando caminar unos metros con ayuda en 48 horas. Actualmente utiliza andador para sentirse más segura y reducir el dolor. No se siente sola, ya que su hijo la visita diariamente y otros familiares la visitan dos veces al mes. Antes de jubilarse, trabajaba en un comercio familiar en su pueblo. No presenta alergias.
