El siguiente artículo expone un plan de cuidados de enfermería que se realiza en la planta de Hematología para un paciente joven con recaída de Linfoma de Hodgkin.
Durante la entrevista de enfermería se analizan las 14 necesidades de Virginia Henderson y se procede a desarrollar los diagnósticos de enfermería siguiendo la taxonomía NANDA, NIC, NOC, en el que se trabajan los diagnósticos de “Hipertermia”, “Insomnio” y “Disposición para mejorar la comunicación”. Se proponen objetivos e intervenciones a seguir durante su hospitalización.
The following article describes a nursing care plan carried out on the hematology service for a young patient with a relapse of Hodgkin’s lymphoma.
During the nursing interview, the 14 needs of Virginia Henderson are analyzed and the nursing diagnoses are developed following the NANDA, NIC, NOC taxonomy, in which the diagnosis of ‘Hyperthermia’, ‘Insomnia’ and ‘Willingness to improve communication’ are worked on. Objectives and interventions to be followed during hospitalization are proposed.
