Paciente de 52 años que acude a urgencias, con diagnóstico de gripe A positivo con fecha de día 03/02/2024, por disnea progresiva con empeoramiento, especialmente en las últimas 24 horas, alcanzando valores de saturación parcial de oxígeno en sangre en torno al 80%. Refiere debilidad generalizada y astenia como consecuencia de la fiebre, presentando temperaturas de hasta 39ºC en los últimos días. Durante la entrevista la paciente añade que a lo largo del día anterior realizó entre 10-12 deposiciones diarréicas.
52-year-old patient who goes to the emergency room, with a positive diagnosis of influenza A with date of day 02/03/2024, due to progressive dyspnea with worsening, especially in the last 24 hours, reaching partial blood oxygen saturation values of around 80%. Refers weakness generalized and asthenia as a consequence of fever, presenting temperatures of up to 39ºC in the last days. During the interview, the patient adds that throughout the previous day she performed between 10-12 diarrheal stools.
