Resumen de Proceso enfermero en paciente ingresado en UCI tras sufrir una parada cardiorrespiratoria: caso clínico

  Mujer de 62 años que ingresa en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos tras sufrir una parada cardiorrespiratoria y RCP recuperada en la vía pública. Tras ser atendida en primera instancia por el 061 se traslada al hospital correspondiente donde se elabora un proceso enfermero para llevar a cabo el abordaje de la paciente. Se seleccionan los diagnósticos enfermeros más característicos según la taxonomía NANDA II, junto con los objetivos (NOC), intervenciones (NIC) y actividades correspondientes.

  Después de la aplicación del proceso enfermero en la unidad la paciente evoluciona favorablemente y es dada de alta a planta.

  A 62-year-old woman was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit after suffering cardiorespiratory arrest and CPR recovered in the street. After being attended in the first instance by 061, she was transferred to the corresponding hospital where a nursing process was elaborated to carry out the approach to the patient. The most characteristic nursing diagnoses are selected according to the NANDA II taxonomy, together with the corresponding objectives (NOC), interventions (NIC) and activities.

  After the application of the nursing process in the unit, the patient evolves favorably and is discharged to the ward.
