Paciente varón de 57 años con Diabetes Tipo II. El paciente hace unos meses presentó una rozadura con el zapato en el 1º dedo del pie izquierdo, la cual se acabó ulcerando y finalmente se tuvo que realizar la amputación del dedo, sin embargo se volvió a producir una úlcera. Acude al centro de salud cada dos días para la revisión y la cura de la ulcera.
Male patient aged 57 with Type II Diabetes. A few months ago, the patient had a scrape with the shoe on the first left toe, which ended up ulcerating and finally had to perform the amputation of the finger, however an ulcer was produced again.
