El proceso de atención de enfermería (PAE) es un método racional y sistemático de planificación y proporción de asistencia de enfermería cuyo objetivo es identificar el estado de salud del paciente y sus problemas de salud reales, para lograr establecer planes que aborden las necesidades identificadas desde enfermería y así aplicar intervenciones específicas que cubran tales necesidades 1.
En este caso la paciente es una mujer de 31 años y nacionalidad guineana, con abandono frecuente de la medicación y con seguimiento ambulatorio, descompensación psicótica con conductas de riesgo e incluso conflictos legales que ingresa en centro de rehabilitación psicosocial. No hay seguimiento en su centro de salud de referencia Describe vivencias de situación precaria en la calle, con periodos de habitación alquilada que paga vendiendo ropa de segunda mano que recoge de la calle o que le dan. The nursing care process (PAE) is a rational and systematic method of planning and providing nursing care whose objective is to identify the patient’s health status and real health problems, in order to establish plans that address the needs identified from nursing and apply specific interventions that cover such needs.
In this case, the patient is a 31-year-old woman of Guinean nationality, with frequent abandonment of medication and outpatient follow-up, psychotic decompensation with risk behaviors and even legal conflicts, who is admitted to a psychosocial rehabilitation center. There is no follow-up at her reference health center. She describes experiences of a precarious situation on the street, with periods of rented room that she affords by selling second-hand clothes picked up from the streets or that they give her. Poor relationship with parents.
