Para realizar un diagnóstico de neumonía intersticial es necesario realizar un diagnóstico diferencial con otras enfermedades, basados sobre todo en pruebas de imagen. El objetivo de este artículo es analizar un caso clínico de una paciente que presenta neumonía intersticial bilateral agudizada en contexto de enfermedad de Alzheimer moderada, con el fin de realizar un plan de cuidados de enfermería, tras haber revisado bibliografía utilizando los buscadores disponibles. Por último, se realiza el plan de cuidados siguiendo la taxonomía NANDA – NIC – NOC.
In order to make a diagnosis of interstitial pneumonia it is necessary to make a differential diagnosis with other diseases, based mainly on imaging tests. The aim of this article is to analyze a clinical case of a patient presenting with acute bilateral interstitial pneumonia in the context of moderate Alzheimer’s disease, in order to make a nursing care plan, after reviewing the literature using the available search engines. Finally, the care plan is made following the NANDA – NIC – NOC taxonomy.
