Se va a realizar un Plan de Cuidados de Enfermería a un paciente de 60 años, consciente, orientado e independiente para las actividades de la vida diaria. El paciente acude a urgencias por cuadro catarral con tos productiva y fiebre de más de 5 días de evolución con temperaturas de hasta 39,5ºC. Estaba de vacaciones en Santander, ha vuelto a Zaragoza por la ausencia de mejoría.
Test de COVID negativo el día 16/09/2023.
Refiere dificultad para respirar, tos seca con algún esputo hemoptoico, escalofríos, dolor torácico. Exfumador desde hace 20 años. Comenta también cefalea intensa y aumento de la frecuencia miccional sin escozor ni dolor al orinar. Ha tomado estos días 1 comprimido de ibuprofeno de 400 mg.
Es finalmente diagnosticado de neumonía y lesión suprarrenal izquierda.
