  Este proceso está basado en un paciente de edad media, que presenta hematuria y malestar general, semanas atrás acude al servicio de urgencias por motivo similar (hematuria y RAO) fiebre 37,8º C niega disuria tampoco dolor lumbar.

  This process is based on a middle-aged patient presenting with hematuria and general malaise, weeks back he went to the emergency department for a similar reason (haematuria and RAO) with a fever of 37.8º, he denied dysuria or lumbar pain.
