Se ha llevado a cabo un plan de cuidados de enfermería de una joven de 17 años que tras un accidente de moto es traído por la UVI móvil a nuestro servicio de urgencias hospitalarias. Presenta dos incisiones de 15 cm de longitud y una quemadura de 1º grado en el tercio distal de la cara anterior del muslo derecho. Durante su estancia en nuestro servicio se realiza una valoración enfermera atendiendo a las 14 necesidades de Virginia Henderson. A través de éstas, se proponen unos diagnósticos enfermeros (NANDA), así como resultados (NOC) y sus respectivas intervenciones (NIC).
A nursing care plan has been carried out for a 17-year-old girl who, after a motorcycle accident, is brought by the mobile UVI to our hospital emergency service. She presented two 15 cm long incisions and a 1st degree burn in the distal third of the anterior aspect of the right thigh. During her stay in the service, a nursing assessment is carried out, attending to the 14 needs of Virginia Henderson. Through these, nursing diagnoses (NANDA) are proposed, as well as results (NOC) and their respective breakdowns (NIC).
