Paciente de 76 años con disnea, acude al hospital Miguel Servet debido a un aumento de su disnea habitual de 1 mes de evolución, donde se le diagnostica de estenosis Ao (aórtica) severa que debe de ser intervenida.
El paciente ingresa en la UCI PC (postoperatorio cardíaco) a las 13:45, procedente de una cirugía programada el día 03 de octubre sin incidencias, tras recambio de válvula Ao con una prótesis biológica del número 21.
A 76 year-old patient with dyspnea, goes to the Miguel Servet hospital due to an increase in his usual dyspnea for 1 month, where he is diagnosed with severe Ao (aortic) stenosis that requires surgery.
The patient is admitted to the PC ICU (post-cardiac surgery) at 1:45 p.m., from a scheduled surgery on October 3 without incident, after replacing the Ao valve with a number 21 biological prosthesis.
