Paciente varón de 24 años que acude a urgencias tras mordedura y amputación parcial de F3 del tercer dedo de la mano izquierda.
Se desarrolla el caso clínico, además de la valoración del paciente según el patrón de necesidades de Virginia Henderson. A partir de esta clasificación de las 14 necesidades, se elabora un plan de cuidados junto a los diagnósticos de enfermería con la taxonomía NANDA, NOC y NIC.
A 24-year-old male patient came to the emergency department after a bite and partial amputation of the third phalanx of the third finger of the left hand.
The clinical case is developed, in addition to the evaluation of the patient according to Virginia Henderson’s pattern of needs. Based on this classification of the 14 needs, a care plan is drawn up together with the nursing diagnoses using the NANDA, NOC and NIC taxonomy.
