Se define como resiliencia a la capacidad adaptación de un ser vivo frente a un agente perturbador o un estado o situación adversos. Afianzarse con un criterio optimista al desenvolverse en una tarea específica da lugar hacer frente a los retos e imprevistos que puedan surgir; si nos referimos al ámbito profesional se mermaron los factores predisponentes que conlleven poder aflorar el Síndrome de Burnout. En el ámbito sanitario las circunstancias de trabajo con las que se enfrenta el profesional pueden afectar su salud tanto a nivel físico como psicológico (sobrecarga de trabajo excesiva, escasez de personal) y en ocasiones la falta de recursos sin olvidar que su trabajo se desenvuelve en el campo del dolor, el sufrimiento, la angustia, la agonía y la muerte. Se desenvuelve en deberían de implantar talleres de formación continuada para potenciar y adquirir esta técnica.
Resilience is defined as the ability of a living being to adapt to a disturbing agent or an adverse state or situation3. Consolidating with an optimistic criterion when performing in a specific task gives rise to face the challenges and unforeseen events that may arise; if we refer to the professional field, the predisposing factors that lead to the emergence of Burnout Syndrome will be reduced. In the health field, the work circumstances faced by the professional can affect their health both physically and psychologically (excessive work overload, shortage of personnel) and sometimes the lack of resources without forgetting that their work develops in the field of pain, suffering, anguish, agony and death. It develops and should implement continuous training workshops to enhance and acquire this technique.
