La interrupción involuntaria de un embarazo implica, en todos los casos, la aparición de un duelo fisiológico en la pareja. En estos casos, la enfermera presenta la responsabilidad de realizar un cuidado integral, sin olvidar la atención al duelo.
El presente proyecto de investigación tiene un enfoque cualitativo etnográfico, que tendrá como objetivo explorar el abordaje del duelo en aquellas mujeres que, por motivo de un aborto espontáneo, se encuentren ingresadas en el HCULB.
La principal técnica de recogida de datos utilizada será la observación participante. Sin embargo, será complementada por grupos de discusión con enfermeras y entrevistas a las pacientes. La información obtenida será convenientemente analizada y pasará por diferentes procesos de triangulación, hasta la obtención del producto o informe final.
The involuntary interruption of a pregnancy involves, in all the cases, the appearance of a physiological grief in the couple. In these cases, the nurse has the responsibility of providing integral care, without forgetting the attention to the grief.
This investigation´s project has a qualitative ethnographic target. It will have as a main objective to explore the grief’s approaching in those women, who’s due to spontaneous abortion cause, are hospitalized in the HCULB.
The main skill for collecting data will be the participant observation. However, it will be complemented along Nurse´s Discussion Groups and in addition to that, some interviews with the patients. The collected information will be appropriately analyzed by some methods for different triangulation processes. Finally, once ended the Analysis Process, it will be obtained a final Investigation Template.
