Este trabajo consiste en aumentar los conocimientos sobre los aspectos más relevantes del envejecimiento saludable en los temas demográficos de esta población. Para ello se ha descrito las condiciones demográficas sociales y económicas del envejecimiento (pensiones, ayudas…); como la situación de su tiempo después de la jubilación; el papel que desarrollan dentro del círculo familiar y social (actividades, tiempo libre, el cuidado de los nietos…). Así como los recursos utilizados para garantizar en el anciano un estado de bienestar e independencia.
This work consists of increasing the knowledge about the most relevant aspects of healthy aging in the demographic issues of this population. For this, the demographic, social and economic conditions of aging have been described; the different economic conditions (pensions, aid…), such as the situation of your time after retirement; the role they develop socially and within the family and social circle (activities, free time, grandparents caring for grandchildren…). As well as the resources used to guarantee the elderly a state of well-being and independence.
