La obesidad es un tema muy importante y de especial relevancia en nuestra sociedad. Cada vez hay más personas con este trastorno y hay que saber cómo abordarlo y tratarlo, para ello he hecho un plan de cuidados básicos de enfermería.
Para ello, una vez realizada una valoración enfermera según los patrones funcionales de M.Gordon e identificados los principales diagnósticos enfermeros, sus objetivos (NOC) y sus intervenciones (NIC), se ha elaborado una planificación de cuatro sesiones de Enfermera-paciente basadas en técnicas cognitiva conductuales.
