La hemodiálisis es una terapia renal sustitutiva para pacientes con enfermedad renal. Es un tratamiento no curativo y altamente invasivo del que pueden derivarse múltiples complicaciones. Los problemas interdependientes hacen referencia a las complicaciones fisiológicas surgidas del tratamiento renal sustitutivo que son controladas por el personal de enfermería quien monitoriza al paciente para detectar o controlar la evolución del problema. El objetivo ha sido estandarizar los problemas interdependientes más comunes en pacientes en tratamiento renal sustitutivo con hemodiálisis, a fin de dotar a los profesionales de enfermería de un instrumento que les ayude en la práctica profesional. Se parte de una revisión bibliográfica y tras identificar y analizar los problemas de enfermería más frecuentes en los pacientes en tratamiento renal sustitutivo, se lleva a cabo la elaboración del plan de cuidados utilizando las taxonomías NANDA, NIC y NOC.
Hemodialysis is a renal replacement therapy for patients with kidney disease. It is a non-curative and highly invasive treatment from which multiple complications can arise. Interdependent problems refer to the physiological complications arising from renal replacement therapy that are controlled by the nursing staff who monitor the patient to detect or control the evolution of the problem. The objective has been to standardize the most common interdependent problems in patients undergoing renal replacement therapy with hemodialysis, in order to provide nursing professionals with an instrument that helps them in professional practice. It is based on a bibliographic review and after identifying and analyzing the most frequent nursing problems in patients undergoing renal replacement therapy, the preparation of the care plan is carried out using the NANDA, NIC and NOC taxonomies.
