    La siguiente monografía de análisis de experiencia describe cómo se desarrollaron las diferentes labores asistenciales por parte del equipo de Enfermería de la UCI Polivalente del Hospital Universitario Miguel Servet de Zaragoza en el inicio de la pandemia mundial vivida durante los años 2020 y 2021, haciendo especial hincapié en la humanización de los mismos se creó desde ese momento un grupo coordinado de profesionales de Enfermería que se encargaba de visibilizar, acercar y acompañar en la medida que fue posible, a familiares y/o amigos de los enfermos ingresados por COVID-19 durante su estancia hospitalaria en la unidad de cuidados intensivos.

    The following experience analysis monograph describes how the different care tasks were carried out by the nursing team of the Polyvalent ICU of the Miguel Servet University Hospital of Zaragoza at the beginning of the global pandemic experienced during the years 2020 and 2021, with special emphasis on the humanization of the same, a coordinated group of nursing professionals was created from that moment onwards, which was responsible for making visible, approaching and accompanying as far as possible the relatives and friends of the patients admitted for COVID-19 during their hospital stay in the intensive care unit.
