El suicidio se define (OMS) como un acto deliberado con resultado letal mediante el cual la persona pretende obtener los cambios deseados. El objetivo de este estudio es conocer cuáles son las actuaciones de prevención actuales de forma internacional y nacional y qué lugar ocupa enfermería en ella, mediante una revisión sistemática. Los resultados arrojan que a nivel nacional no existe un plan nacional de prevención de suicidios y que no está claro el papel de enfermería en esta materia.
Suicide is defined (OMS) as a deliberate act with lethal result by which the person seeks to obtain the desired changes. This study is aimed at knowing what are the current prevention actions internationally and nationally and what is the role of nursing on it, by means of a systematic review. The conclusions are that there is no national plan at this level for the prevention of suicides and that the role of nursing in this matter is not too clear.
