Este artículo recoge la exposición realizada el 3 de octubre de2025 en el Xl Encuentro UOC de Trabajo Social Sanitario, ll Jornada de Trabajo Social Sanitario del Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau y Vlll Jornada de la Sociedad Científica Española de Trabajo Social Sanitario.
Reflexiono sobre nuestra aportación al trabajo social sanitario en el sistema, a partir de los requerimientos actuales de este en mi institución (con un fuerte componente de trabaio social en atención primaria y hospitalaria) y desde las propuestas técnicas del Equipo de Atención integrada social y sanitaria del Departamento de salud en el que participo.
Parte de lo expuesto es la antesala de lo que hoy ya es una realidad: la Agencia de Atención Integrada Social y Sanitaria (AlSS) aprobada en el Parlamento catalán el 19 de noviembre del mismo año.
This article summarizes the presentation given on October 3, 2025, at the 11th UOC Meeting on Healthcare Social Work, the 2nd Healthcare Social Work Conference at the Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau, and the 8th conference of the spanish scientific society of Healthcare Social Work.
I reflect on our contribution to healthcare social work within the system, based on its current requirements at my institution (with a strong social work component in primary and hospital care) and on the technical proposals of the lntegrated Social and Healthcare Care Team of the Department of Health, in which I participate. Part of what I presented foreshadowed what is now a reality: the Agency for Integrated Social and Healthcare Care (AISS), approved by the Catalan Parliament on November 19 of the same year.
