INTRODUCCIÓN: Las arritmias cardíacas representan una causa importante de morbilidad y mortalidad a nivel mundial y afectan profundamente la calidad de vida de quienes las padecen. El rol de la enfermería es esencial, no solo en la monitorización clínica y técnica, sino también en la educación continua del paciente y en el abordaje integral de sus emociones y temores.
OBJETIVOS: Analizar la evidencia científica más reciente sobre la contribución de la enfermería en la atención de pacientes con arritmias cardíacas, contemplando la práctica clínica especializada, la educación sanitaria individualizada y el acompañamiento emocional como parte esencial del proceso terapéutico.
METODOLOGÍA: Se realizó una revisión sistemática utilizando las bases de datos MEDLINE/PubMed, CINAHL, Scopus e IBECS y siguiendo las directrices de la declaración PRISMA. Se incluyeron investigaciones cuantitativas y cualitativas en inglés y español que analizaron intervenciones enfermeras educativas y de apoyo emocional.
RESULTADOS: De un total de 342 estudios, se seleccionaron 7 artículos de alta calidad metodológica que resaltan la relevancia del papel de enfermería para la mejora de resultados clínicos, la adherencia terapéutica y la calidad de vida de los pacientes.
CONCLUSIÓN: Tras la revisión realizada de la literatura, se ha podido evaluar la importancia del rol de enfermería en el cuidado de los pacientes con arritmias cardiacas, ya que se combina el control clínico, la educación personalizada y el apoyo emocional, generando confianza y seguridad en los pacientes.

Nursing role is essential, not only in the clinical and technical monitoring, but also in continue education of patients and in the integral approach of their emotions.
OBJECTIVES: To analyze the most recent scientific evidence on the contribution of nursing in the care of patients with cardiac arrhythmias, considering specialized clinical practice, individualized health education, and emotional support as an essential part of the therapeutic process.
METHODOLOGY: A systematic review was conducted using the MEDLINE/PubMed, CINAHL, Scopus, and IBECS databases and following the guidelines of PRISMA declaration. Quantitative and qualitative research in English and Spanish that analyzed educational and emotional support nursing interventions were included.
RESULTS: From a total of 342 studies, 7 articles with high methodological quality were selected, which talks about the relevance of nursing role in improvement clinical outcomes, therapeutic adherence and patient quality life.
CONCLUSIONS: After the review of the literature, it was possible to evaluate the importance of nursing role in the care of patients with cardiac arrhythmias, as it combines clinical control, personalized education and emotional support, generating trust and security in patients.
