Varón de 53 años de edad intervenido mediante sigmoidectomía abierta por diverticulitis. Consciente, orientado y colaborador. Autónomo en su autocuidado con ayuda parcial para la eliminación y el vestido. Presenta normopeso, sin intolerancias alimentarias, y dificultad leve para la ingesta hídrica. Lleva sonda vesical, drenaje tipo Blake y un catéter periférico. Dolor ocasional controlado. Fumador con intención de cesar. Buen apoyo familiar y entorno favorable. Muestra interés por su salud y cuidados postoperatorios.
