El proceso de atención enfermera que nos concierne, trata de una paciente de 19 años que presenta anorexia, sin ninguna patología previa a la consulta. La paciente presenta malnutrición y deshidratación, dificultades para la evacuación intestinal, dificultad para la eliminación urinaria, falta de energía, sensación de soledad y aislamiento de su alrededor. Se utilizó la taxonomía NANDA para formular los diagnósticos, NOC para formular los objetivos y NIC para formular las intervenciones. El plan de cuidados propuesto se utilizará para intentar conseguir los objetivos de un IMC adecuado a su edad y sexo, una evacuación intestinal y eliminación urinaria eficientes sin uso de laxantes y un estado mental saludable para entender las ventajas de una correcta alimentación y hábitos saludables.
The nursing care process we are dealing with concerns a 19-year-old patient with anorexia, with no prior medical conditions at the time of consultation. The patient presents with malnutrition and dehydration, difficulty with bowel movements, difficulty urinating, lack of energy, and a feeling of loneliness and isolation from her surroundings. The NANDA taxonomy was used to formulate diagnoses, the NOC taxonomy was used to formulate objectives, and the NIC taxonomy was used to formulate interventions. The proposed care plan will be used to attempt to achieve the goals of an appropriate BMI for her age and sex, efficient bowel movements and urination without the use of laxatives, and a healthy mental state to understand the benefits of proper nutrition and healthy habits.
