  Presentamos el caso de un paciente con un golpe de calor severo post ejercicio. El paciente desarrolló un cuadro con rabdomiólisis, fallo respiratorio y fallo hepático.

  We report the case of a patient with a severe post exertional heat stroke.The patient developed consecutive multiple organ dysfunction with rhabdomyolysis, and hepatic and respiratory failure.
