Paciente sometido a blefaroplastia, el equipo de enfermería identificó y abordó cuatro diagnósticos clave: riesgo de sangrado, dolor agudo, riesgo de sequedad ocular y riesgo de infección. Se planificaron cuidados personalizados según los modelos NANDA, NOC y NIC. Durante la intervención se aplicaron técnicas estériles, control del dolor, profilaxis antibiótica y protección ocular. En la evaluación, se cumplieron todos los objetivos y no se observaron complicaciones, destacando una recuperación inicial positiva y el seguimiento en atención primaria.
The patient underwent blepharoplasty, and the nursing team identified and addressed four key diagnoses: risk of bleeding, acute pain, risk of dry eyes, and risk of infection. Personalized care was planned according to the NANDA, NOC, and NIC models. During the intervention, sterile techniques, pain management, antibiotic prophylaxis, and eye protection were applied. In the evaluation phase, all objectives were met, with no complications observed, highlighting a positive initial recovery and follow-up in primary care.
