Se recibe una llamada a la atención domiciliaria del centro de salud ya que es paciente dependiente, por dolor intenso en pierna izquierda que proviene de una úlcera ya conocida por su enfermera correspondiente. Se observa un claro empeoramiento llegando a úlcera vascular de tercer grado en el maléolo externo izquierdo cubierta por una capa de fibrina.
