El objetivo de este artículo fue analizar la oferta laboral para podólogos en España. Analizamos bolsas de empleo y buscadores on-line especializados en empleo.
Los datos recopilados sobre los medios utilizados por los empleadores para la búsqueda de recurso humano y las características del empleo ofertado se sistematizaron y analizaron informáticamente. Como variables se definieron las características de los medios utilizados para la búsqueda de empleo y las características de la oferta con las categorías: identificación de la fuente, opciones de búsqueda de la oferta de empleo, información del postulante y la empresa, servicios adicionales, fechas de exposición de la oferta, forma de contacto, condiciones de la oferta y perfil profesional requerido. Se determina que los medios online ofrecen ventajas reduciendo tiempo y dinero, personalizando la búsqueda y facilitando la comunicación. En cuanto a las oportunidades laborales, predominan en el campo de la quiropodia, y el área de la biomecánica, los salarios ofertados son bajos si se comparan con otras profesiones sanitarias y la forma de relación laborales de autónomo o por objetivos. Resalta la total ausencia de oferta en la sanidad pública
The aim of this article was to analyze the job offer for podiatrists in Spain. We analyzed job exchanges and on-line search engines specialized in employment.
The data collected on the means used by employers to search for human resources and the characteristics of the jobs offered were systematized and analyzed by computer. As variables, the characteristics of the means used for the job search and the characteristics of the offer were defined with the following categories: identification of the source, search options of the job offer, information on the applicant and the company, additional services, dates of exposure of the offer, form of contact, conditions of the offer and professional profile required. It is determined that online media offer advantages by reducing time and money, personalizing the search and facilitating communication.
