Paciente varón, de 73 años de edad, no incapacitado, que ingresa en el Centro Sociosanitario con el diagnóstico de trastorno esquizofrénico de tipo paranoide, cuyos antecedentes personales son diabetes mellitus tipo 2, HTA, dislipemia, fumador, obesidad, EPOC, trastorno por dependencia alcohólica (actualmente en abstinencia desde hace varios años), no tiene RAM conocidas, tuvo cáncer vejiga y bocio multinodular intratorácico. Ingresó en el Centro el 15 de diciembre de 2024. Tuvo lugar una serie de fugas del paciente en el Centro, donde volvía por su propio pie a las horas de haberse fugado. Algunas de las fugas realizadas, han vuelto con intoxicación etílica (recaída en alcohol). Actualmente, no ha vuelto a fugarse, desde hace ya varios años, ni ha vuelto a tener recaídas
