Este estudio identifica las causas del burnout en una empresa mexicana de producción de hilos, específicamente en el área de bondeado, que enfrenta una rotación mensual del 40%. Mediante el Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), se evaluó el burnout y su relación con variables sociodemográficas.

  Employee turnover and burnout syndrome affect productivity and workers’ well-being. This study aims to identify the causes of burnout in a Mexican yarn production company, specifically in the bondeado area, which faces a monthly turnover of up to 40%.
