A 36-year-old woman was admitted to the maternity ward of the Hospital Obispo Polanco, to carry out a scheduled cesarean delivery with intradural anesthesia (due to breech presentation of the fetus). The woman was transferred to the operating room, where the cesarean section was successfully performed, at 2:17 p.m. on 12/3/21 the baby was born, with an Apgar score of 9/10. After remaining monitored for several hours, the patient was taken back to the ward.
Mujer de 36 años que ingresa en la planta de maternidad del Hospital Obispo Polanco, para llevar a cabo un parto por cesárea programada con anestesia intradural (por presentación podálica del feto). La mujer fue trasladada a quirófano, donde la cesárea fue realizada con éxito, a las 14:17 horas del 3/12/21 nace la bebé, con Apgar de 9/10. Después de permanecer varias horas monitorizada, la paciente es subida de nuevo a la planta.
