Paciente de 55 años que presenta un cuadro de manía en un contexto de bipolaridad de tipo 1, manifestado principalmente por insomnio y discurso desorganizado y saltígrado, que afecta en la mayoría de esferas de los pacientes, principalmente en la social (a nivel laboral) y del autocuidado.
Se elaborará un plan de cuidados, a continuación, que aborde al paciente en todos los aspectos necesarios con el objetivo de estabilizar, velar por su seguridad y bienestar durante el episodio de nula conciencia de enfermedad y ajustar tratamiento.
