Refiere haber consumido en las últimas 12 horas cinco latas de bebida energética, combinadas con alcohol y ayuno prolongado. No tiene antecedentes clínicos relevantes, salvo ansiedad leve diagnosticada en el último año.
El plan de cuidados se orienta al control de síntomas agudos, monitorización cardiovascular y educación para la salud en consumo de estimulantes, así como el manejo del estrés y hábitos de vida saludable.
