Paciente de 13 años, con historial de conductas disruptivas en hogar, centros educativos y grupo de amistades ingresa en la unidad de salud mental infantojuvenil tras ser arrestado cometiendo un hurto en un domicilio del pueblo en el que habita.
Durante el ingreso en la unidad, se elaborará un plan de cuidados destinado a un estudio más detallado de la conducta, de tal forma que se apliquen estrategias para gestionar mejor sus emociones, y que se vea reflejado en una conducta más adecuada y adaptativa en el contexto social en el que vive.
A 13-year-old patient, with a history of disruptive behavior at home, educational centers and his group of friends, was admitted to the child and adolescent mental health unit after being arrested for committing a theft at a home in the village where he lives.
During admission to the unit, a care plan will be drawn up aimed at a more detailed study of the behavior, in such a way that strategies are applied to better manage their emotions, and that is reflected in a more adequate and adaptive behavior in the patient and the social context in which he lives.
