Diversos autores han clasificado las necesidades desde distintas perspectivas, destacando teorías como la jerarquía de Maslow, la matriz de Max-Neef y las categorías de Ander-Egg y Bradshaw. Los Servicios Sociales juegan un papel clave en la satisfacción de estas necesidades, promoviendo el acceso a derechos y recursos esenciales.
