Resumen de ¿Qué necesidades presenta el personal novel del servicio de urgencias?

  Las Urgencias hospitalarias, es un departamento, el cual se encarga de garantizar atención sanitaria a todos los pacientes que la necesiten, sin cita previa, y está disponible las 24 horas del día a lo largo de los 365 días que tiene el año. Este tipo de servicios presenta un sistema de triaje, el cuál ayuda a estructurar a todos los pacientes por gravedad, asignándole un tiempo de espera dependiendo de la situación de cada uno. Tras una pandemia, en muchos de estos servicios, parte del personal cualificado pedía ser trasladado a otro servicio o incluso se daba de baja por dicha situación la cual saturó a todos los hospitales del mundo. Esto provocó que muchos enfermeros/as recién licenciadas ocupasen esos puestos.

  Objetivo: Valorar las necesidades en un servicio de urgencias del personal de enfermería nobel, que crean convenientes para comenzar en dicho servicio.

  Metodología del proyecto: El método o enfoque elegido para llevar a cabo este estudio, acorde a los objetivos planteados, es el fenomenológico. Realizan entrevistas para ayudar con la recogida de datos.

  Hospital emergencies are a department that provides health care to all patients in need without a prior appointment and is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This kind of service has a triage system, which helps to structure all patients according to the gravity of each situation by assigning them a waiting time taking into account their respective circumstances. After a pandemic, in many of these services, a part of the qualified staff was required to be transferred to another service. In fact, some of the nurses who were in that situation needed to be discharged and that was one of the main reasons why hospitals all over the world collapsed. Consequently, many people who recently graduated in nursing had the chance to start working in the health field.

  Objective: to value the needs in an emergency service of the Nobel nursing staff, which they deem convenient to start in that field.

  Methodology of the project: the method or approach chosen to carry out this study, according to the objectives set, is the phenomenological one. The interviews are conducted to assist with data collection.
