Se trata un caso relacionado con un hospital de salud mental en Algeciras, Cádiz. Este centro cumple con diversas funciones, incluyendo hospital de día y unidad de rehabilitación de agudos. El objetivo del tratamiento es mejorar su autocuidado y fomentar su conexión con el entorno, aunque el paciente presenta dificultades para colaborar debido a su diagnóstico. Además de sus problemas de salud mental, fue diagnosticado con diabetes tipo 2 en 2016, pero no sigue el tratamiento debido a su falta de adherencia.
