La prescripción enfermera en anticoagulación oral, regulada por el Real Decreto 954/2015 y la guía 202306-GENFANTICOAGULACIÓN, permite a las enfermeras indicar, supervisar y ajustar el tratamiento con anticoagulantes orales como acenocumarol y warfarina. Estos fármacos se utilizan para prevenir eventos tromboembólicos en condiciones como fibrilación auricular, trombosis venosa profunda o después de cirugías ortopédicas.
Nurse prescription in oral anticoagulation, regulated by Royal Decree 954/2015 and guide 202306-GENFANTICOAGULATION, allows nurses to indicate, supervise and adjust treatment with oral anticoagulants such as acenocoumarol and warfarin. These drugs are used to prevent thromboembolic events in conditions such as atrial fibrillation, deep vein thrombosis or after orthopedic surgeries.
