Resumen de Plan de cuidados enfermeros en hospitalización para paciente con pielonefritis

  Se realiza un Plan de Cuidados para una paciente de 30 años.

  Esta paciente acude a urgencias por dolor agudo referido en la zona lumbar derecha y se irradia hacia la zona abdominal derecha. Llama la atención que su temperatura es muy elevada. La paciente comunica dificultades para miccionar y náuseas. En su historia clínica observamos que hace dos años acudió por la misma situación y se le diagnosticó una pielonefritis con la diferencia de que su temperatura era estable.

  A Care Plan is established for a 30-year-old patient.

  This patient presents to the emergency department with acute pain localized in the right lumbar area, radiating to the right abdominal area. We note that her temperature is markedly elevated. She reports difficulty urinating and feeling nauseous. Reviewing her medical history, we observe that she presented with the same symptoms two years ago and was diagnosed with pyelonephritis, albeit with the difference that her temperature was stable at that time.
