Se realiza un Plan de Cuidados para un paciente de 75 años, por motivos de confidencialidad le cambiaremos el nombre y le llamaremos Manuel; manteniéndose de esta manera en el anonimato. El motivo por el que me parece interesante realizar un PAE sobre él es debido a que juntando las diversas patologías que padece por su mal estilo de vida hace de su caso un tema interesante de estudio. Entre dichas patologías encontramos: Hipertensión (HTA), hiperglucemia y sobrepeso.
El diagnóstico en el que nos centraremos es en la gestión ineficaz de la salud, siendo nuestro principal objetivo su resolución definitiva. Se le realizará una dieta y se fomentará la realización de ejercicios creando una rutina de deporte que pueda seguir.
La actitud del paciente y su buena predisposición permiten realizar un seguimiento continuado y aprender acerca de los riesgos que conlleva el sobrepeso, especialmente los cardiovasculares.
A care plan is made for a 75-year-old patient. For confidentiality reasons we will change his name and call him Manuel; thus, keeping it anonymous. The reason why I find it interesting to perform a PAE on him is because combining the various pathologies he suffers from due to his poor lifestyle makes his case an interesting topic for study. Among these pathologies we find: Hypertension (HBP), hyperglycemia and overweight.
The diagnosis we will focus on is ineffective health management, with our main objective being its definitive resolution. You will be given a diet and exercise will be encouraged creating a sports routine that you can follow.
The patient’s attitude and good predisposition allow for continuous monitoring and learning about the risks that being overweight entails, especially cardiovascular risks.
