La enfermedad por coronavirus (COVID-19) es una enfermedad infecciosa causada por el virus SARS-CoV2. La importancia de este virus radica en su gran capacidad de transmisión y virulencia, propiciando una pandemia mundial que fue declarada el 11 de marzo de 2020. Para el diagnóstico de dicha enfermedad se realizan dos tipos de pruebas, las pruebas de diagnóstico rápido y las pruebas PCR. Respecto al tratamiento no existe una pauta definida ya que sigue en continua investigación. Por ello, este trabajo tiene el objetivo de comparar distintos casos clínicos para observar la evolución de la enfermedad, así como sus distintas terapias de tratamiento y pronóstico.
Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by the SARS-CoV2 virus. The importance of this virus lies in its great transmission capacity and virulence, causing a global pandemic that was declared on March 11, 2020. Two types of tests are carried out to diagnose this disease: rapid diagnostic tests and tests. PCR. Regarding treatment, there is no defined guideline as it is under continuous investigation. Therefore, this work aims to compare different clinical cases to observe the evolution of the disease, as well as its different treatment and prognosis therapies.
