El parto es uno de los momentos de especial interés en la vida de las mujeres, que desean ser madres. Durante esta etapa, la mujer da unos cambios en el ámbito físico, emocional, mental y social. Estos cambios, repercuten directamente en cómo se desarrollará el trabajo del parto. La etapa del embarazo dura aproximadamente nueve meses, hasta el momento del parto o etapa del fin del embarazo.
El encuentro de la madre y del bebe, será el fin de esta etapa, y significará un momento de irreversibilidad, que presentará un cambio de roles, ya que existe una responsabilidad de promover el desarrollo de un ser humano y de cuidarlo.
Childbirth is one of the moments of special interest in the lives of women who wish to become mothers. During this stage, the woman undergoes physical, emotional, mental and social changes. These changes have a direct impact on how labour will develop. The pregnancy stage lasts nine months, until the moment of delivery or the stage of the end of pregnancy.
The meeting of mother and baby will be the end of this stage, and will mean a moment of irreversibility, which will present a change of roles, since there is a responsibility to promote the development of a human being and to take care of it.
